Introduction

Welcome

Welcome to Jibril project! Would it be pretencious to say that Jibril is the most advanced runtime security tool in the world? We don't think so.

Jibril is designed to be a lightweight, very efficient and easy to use runtime security detection tool. Jibril is a powerful tool that can be used to monitor, and enforce, security policies in real-time, providing a high level of protection for your applications.

Why Jibril is special ?

  1. Created by experienced engineers.
  2. Newer and more optimized design (comparing to Falco, Tracee and Tetragon).
  3. Can handle any workload: no events mean no losses and no delays.
  4. Little performance impact. Small memory footprint.
  5. Easy to use.

Created by former Tracee core engineer Rafael David Tinoco.

Why Jibril ?

Jibril aligns with the core purpose of our solution: delivering critical insights about what is happening in a runtime environment. Jibril, known as Gabriel in Christianity and Judaism, is the Archangel who serves as a messenger of truth and guidance across Islam, Christianity, and Judaism. Just as Jibril is revered for bringing divine messages and clarity, this software is designed to bring visibility, understanding, and actionable intelligence to complex systems.

The name reflects our commitment to creating a tool that not only monitors and protects but also enlightens, ensuring our users are always informed and equipped to respond effectively. By choosing a name rooted in shared values and universal meaning, we aim to underscore the reliability, precision, and trustworthiness of our technology.
